Unspoken. By Dennis Kaptain 2019-04-13
One Saturday at a Men's prayer breakfast, our pastor wanted us to all pray for each other. My pastor said that if we just went around the room and had everyone say what they wanted prayer for, nobody would remember what anyone wanted. So he handed out 3x5 index cards and had everyone write down what they wanted. Then he had us all hand our cards to the person on our left. The person to my right handed me his card which had only one word on it. 'Unspoken'. That is what inspired this song.
A plea in my heart it's made it's mark I need your prayer keep me there I can't I can't tell I can't tell it's unspoken a tale of woe it brought me low it's just as well Never to tell I can't I can't tell I can't tell it's unspoken [Chorus] But you Lord you know it all and you Lord you know my soul you Lord won't let me fall to you Lord I give control This problem hit no answers fit life's troubles wear But I can't share I can't I can't tell I can't tell it's unspoken How can I explain all this pain no one knows I can not disclose I can't I can't tell I can't tell it's unspoken I can't I can't tell I can't tell it's unspoken [Chorus] 2x
